Multiple lines_Drawing Tool for WhiteBoard

Hi there,
I came up with a customised pencil tool for use in the whiteboard but unfortunately, the lines I draw are multiple layered. There is not a single line drawing seen on the monitors across the FCS, but multiple thick lines, one above the other. However, when I exported the FLA file in SWF, (outside the FCS), the tool works fine.
Kindly suggest ways to tackle this problem.
