streaming sound player with locked mp3 files?

Hi!! I've have made a site for a band which features a streaming mp3 player. The main player loads mp3's from external movieclips.

The problem is that you (in a little tricky way) can download the mp3's featured in the flash movieclips to your own computer

In Internet explorer you go

-tools
-internet options
-(in temporary internet files) settings
- show files

This way you can download the streaming MP3s to your computer. (That is not good in this case)

Can you lock the mp3s in some ways or how do you deal with this???

Please help or I will get an serious issue with the bands record-company. Thank you so much - Bope
