how on earth can i use my flash shockwave movie file in Fireworks. i have tried importinting and openining it with the menu bars in Fireworks but niether of the two options worked.

Secondly, please how can i achieve onion skin effects the method in flash help seems not to be functional.

You can't adit the swf file in fireworks (you just can import into SWF format from the fireworks)
