Question when I load external jpegs, strange colored blocks appear sometimes

I've been loading jpegs dynamically with .load(). When I test the site instead of displaying the image it sometimes displays large colored blocks instead.

This problem occurs about 1 out of 3 times. If anyone has had a similar problem and has a solution, please let me know.

Here is a picture of what happens. The colored blocks should be the same as the one image that loaded correctly. http://www.studiobanks.com/dev/error/flash_blocks.jpg

I had some problems with something like that when I was viewing a Flash MX 2004 made site with a Flash 6 plyer.
