How Do You Make A Load-Up Animation Clip?

Hi, I am new to the whole Flash process, but I have just finished up making my first Flash html page. But the problem is that I have a geocities site and the server is not that quick, so it take a little while for the Flash to load up. And along with that, I also have audio embedded in the Flash, so it boosts up the size of the file. How do I create a loading-up animation for the beginning of the flash (even a simple "Loading Now" would be fine) and could anyone give me the steps it takes? Thanks.
