Default writing apps for handhelds?

If you publish the flash to an exe with dimensions of 320 by 240 do you need to do anything else special to get it to run on a handheld?

Yeah, you do. Unfortunately, a handheld PDA running Windows PocketPC will not run a .exe file published from flash.

Standalone projector applications must be created using an extra compiler from Macromedia, “Standalone Macromedia Flash Player 6 for Pocket PC”

http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/st...es/FlashPlayer

A more cost-effective, 3rd party alternative is available from Ant Mobile Software, “FlashAssist PRO 1.3” @ $200.00

http://www.antmobile.com/

There are probably other compilers out there, but these are the only ones I know of at the moment.

that's dumb that they make you buy the flash app and then an extra compiler, blah on macromedia.
