Hope someone can help me. I want to place a layer over my flash movie to contain HTML content. I've been told the flash movie will always be on top which means it covers part of the layer, does anyone know a way round this ?
As far as I know there is no way to avoid this. Flash always takes precendence on the Z index so you'd have to make your other layer sit alongside the flash file... perhaps just use tables.

i thought you can use flash as a direct x handle and shove it backwards under other html... macromedia.com has a tutorial on that, though it's been a while since i've read it but i think thats what your looking for...
