Default Possible to stream .au sound into Flash?

Looking to stream .au (Mu law) files into flash. Has anyone heard of doing this?

Basically all I need is a flash interface for .au files. So the player controls can be in flash and maybe the streams on a different frame. Has anyone seen this done with using realplayers helix server or any other streaming servers like that?

I do not think Flash understands AU file format...
