What happens when you do a netstat -na on your machine? Are you getting lots of connections from the same IP Addresses?
I'm asking because that's what happens to my application. If somebody connects to my application using the http 1.0 protocol instead of http 1.1, then I see a ton of connections being created by the user with the 1.0 protocol, and eventually it crashes my server.
Please let me know what you find out.
