I'm looking for someone to volunteer to work with me on a flash project called Flabber. I created the project back in march but have run into walls several times when it comes to anything that requires me to draw or make interfaces. I can program very well, I just can't draw. You can see more about my project at http://www.flabber.org. It is a Instant Messenger written in flash using Jabber technology. It is all open source. My first goal is to finish writing the instant messenger service as it plays a critical role in my ultimate goal of writing massive multiplayer games in flash utilizing the jabber technology. (an xml router so to speak) If you are interested, please e-mail me at josh@web-galleries.com. Please, only serious volunteers. I have had many people claim to want to help only to fall through. It ends up being a waste of time.

Thanks,
Josh Bauguss

Default more info

Thanks Jesse for your kind words. I had no idea someone mentioned it at FK. If I could just get a good stable version out it would have such a better impact.

A little more info, please don't judge how flabber currently looks. I need a designer who can help me make a very nice looking app. I have rewritten the code from scratch as I learned a lot about flash since starting this project. (this is actually my first flash project) I am at the stages now of applying a GUI to the code but am having trouble as I said before. I am also getting rid of the multiple window aspect as it has caused trouble in cross-browser/cross-platform in that it doesn't work in Mac or the newer netscape. I want flabber to work on any flash enabled OS.
