I have been really busy of late working on a client project. I am writing a 3d Rendering Class Package and need some simple pre-alpha testing from you kind peeps. If you could be so kind please have a look at this link:
and tell me how many nodes you could run without your machine going to it's knees and what machine and proccessor you are using.
many thanx in advance,
doc
ps. I cannot release the classes as they are client based and not done yet. When the source code price discussion is done I will try and release as much as I can for you all to use.
I like the idea. I saw some interesting and similar 3D OS concepts in college.
Opening animation is slower than rotate animation in general.
10 = rotation great, intro starting to lag.
20 = rotation starting to lag, intro hurtin.
30 = rotation bareable but very slow, intro no good.
512RAM and 1.4Ghz
Here's my PC: AMD 1700, 256 ram
10 for starting animation becomes heavy, but rotating well. Adding couple groups of images didn't dramatically chenged the situation
15: opening animation is impossible, but rotating well
So, for my PC 12 is the maximum for good perfomance
