Question 'alt' tag in flash?

I have tried looking for this in the forums but nothing as yet has caught my attention...

You know how when you roll over an image in a normal webpage, and sometimes you get that 'alt tag' show with a name that the developer inputs.

would anybody by any chance know if it's possible to do that within flash?

theres a picture attached with this thread (dont know where it will appear) of an example of what i mean... see the yellow box with writing in thats from rolling over the question mark smillie...

Thanks
P
