Default Use Flash to create a language test--Help

Hi, everyone, I am trying to use Flash MX to computerize a language test (NOT web-based for now) which contains 3 TIMED sections: listening, grammar, and reading comprehension. I have a few questions which I could not find answer on the forum, so I really appreciate if anyone can help me with any of the questions.

First, I know I should use Flash component to create questions, should I make each question as a seperate movie clip? And each section as a larger movie clip?

Second, how can I create a txt file (store in the local drive) which

(1) record time the user spends on each question;

(2) record the user's answers to all the questions (it has to be updated after they change their answer, e.g. initially choose A, then change to B);

Third, for the Listening section, if user is allowed to review previous questions, how can I set the audio to play only one time;

Thank you so much for your kind help.
