Default My Portfolio - any comments welcome..

I've just revamped my Portfolio site.
I've recently been made redundant so have been feverishly working to finish this off.
Any comments greatly appreciated as this will be shown to prospective Employers soon.
If the text is unreadable, sounds are annoying...anything, please let me know.

Cheers

Looks great, your obviously very skilled with Photoshop or Illustrator or whatever you use and the flash is very sleek.
I noticed that your "feedback" form does not validate for anything as far as i know. You can just type in anything no email address no message and it will still send, you should implement some field validation. I can't remember anything specific at the moment but there are some threads about it on hear.

Also what screen resolution is it optimised for and do you have it optimised for any other resolutions?

Thanks free mojo
Your right about the validation. I do need to look into that. To be honest it was abit rushed so I could concentrate on my Cv and stuff.
Its fixed at 770 by 465. Another thing I need to look at. It looks abit poky at top res.

Thanks again

Don't worry about it, i wish i had your knowledge in photoshop. My coding is generally pretty good and i'm good with text and layouts but i can never come up with or create good backgrounds and graphics and logos for websites that i try to make!

If you like i will post up how i validate my forms on this thread when i'm near my own computer so i can copy the actionscript. It should be easy to addapt it to your form.

looks great! love the design and layout! few suggestions would be to embed your flash check with the background color of your html page so it doesn't flash white, and maybe speed up the outline drawing (maybe use API so it's fluid). other than that, it looks fantastic!!! great design work!

Just out of curiosity, what frame rate did you use on this project? I get some weirdness on my second monitor and can never reproduce it.....but I see it happening on your site (my problem, not yours). I'm thinking that it could be the frame rate being faster than my refresh rate (something I can adjust).

Thanks,
Steven

Thanks for the feedback..

possum4all, I used 30. It is possibly too high. I've had a few complaints about slowdowns. I'll have to mess around with it abit more.

Xeef, I am both a great tea drinker and maker (around 20 cups a day).
Tee ohne milch ist aber unmoglich zu trinken.

Thanks again for all the comments
