What is an MC ? I see the term all the time but I dont

In Flash press Ctrl F8 and you will go tot he Creat New SYmbol popup. The Movie Clip Symbol type is the most useful type of symbol as you can control movie clips (MCs) using the means explained in Beginner tutorials #1 - #4
