input/dynamic text boxes scaling on Mac

I have a strange problem where text input boxes (for a mail form) are scaling on some Macs (across all browsers). My Mac, it appears fine (of course!).
Delving a bit deeper, I have found that it happens with dynamic text boxes too - but is fine if I attach a component to the dynamic text box.
Static text is all fine. I am using a pixel font (FFF business). Have tried embedding and not embedding, but same result.
Has anyone else had this experience? or any pointers as to what it might be?

My project is nearing completion, but this really has me stumped

I've been browsing these forums over the last few months + find them really helpful. Finally thought I should join!
