Default synchronizing two independent swf's

mkay, here is a problem:
I've two files. In each of them is transition between day & night(but all other stuff in each of them are different). Ok, I solved problem about different file sizes(becouse of some elements are more in one file than in other), but procedures are still different. So, I can't load them synchronic becouse of file size and procedure weight differences.
Is there a way to control those files externaly?
f.ex - If in third file timer reaches 20 sec 1th and 2nd file starts to play?
sorry for my terrible english...

It is possible via fs command you can direct an external swf but only to go to a certain frame.

look up fs command. I can't remember how to do it

you do this with the LocalConnection object

if you create an onEnterFrame loop in one which just keep forcing the other to the correct frame.
