Default PDF on top of EXE in browser??

I'm trying to get a pdf to load on top of the exe I created for a USB drive presentation in a new browser window. I've used the standard geturl with _blank and it opens behind the movie. I've looked all over online but haven't found what I'm looking for. Can anyone help with this issue? I've used ActionScript before but it's not my forte.

Default caption

Very cool indeed, although I'm a little confused as to what they mean by "caption". Do they mean the title bar? I feel kinda dumb!

Default caption? Topmost Flash extension

I've been looking online trying to find out what they mean by "caption" but to no avail. Everything I found is seemingly unrelated and far too cumbersome for a simple thing like this. Anyone got any idea? I need this for a presentation that's due tomorrow morning. Pulling hair....
