new window into flash

I did open many times a new window into flash with a javascript like
window.open,no toolbars etc..etc..
Now 2 questions
1/ There´s a message that says my program can´t open the java protocol window.open etc...
2/ How can i place in _x and _y position this window i.e. in the center of the scene

it contains a smart clip for making centered popup windows
