I'd like my jsfl script to read some external data before doing it's thing. Is there any way I can do this?
Either through reading XML, or parsing tabulated data. Can I create an interface with a text field which is then parsed, for instance? (I'll check the help, as I only thought of this whilst writing) Thanks, Dave |

also a reminder for others...
to get the path to the currect fla-file use the flash.getDocumentDOM().path parameter. Then it is easy to load the external files from the same folder - path. |
