Flash and video marriage on a cd rom chapel

hello again.
I want to know the best way to use in a cd rom flash and video.

1.- To make cd using swf files over a director movie as "fundation". I read that could be problems with the moviclips and the load/unload movie function. More paths, more problems. In the other hand native video format of director is quicktime. Isn´t?

.- To make cd using just "flash" tool and then some command to prompt video files. Those video files will be in mpeg or asf format. Which is that command? ? And... it would be possible that the video file could be opened in a concrete position of the screen?

you can use just flash file and then open videos by links, using get url. but don't forget to include the real player or windows media player on the CD
