Where can I find a complete XMLUI/XUL documentation ?

Before doing anything with XUL and flash be aware that a getUrl cannot display a chrome/xul extension url...
you can try with chrome://browser/content/bookmarks/bookmarksManager.xul...
if you find a way aound this problem I'd be glad to know....

is this the same XUL that we use in Flash IDE/JSFL ? Any exception ?
