PHP admin to write XML

I want to create a Flash Gallery that will load an XML file to display the images in flash. But I would like to have an admin page to control the images. I want to have a PHP admin page so that I can upload a file and then write to the XML file so it Flash will automatically load the newly uploaded image into my website.

Thus, an XML Gallery in Flash. And an Administration page that will control the images and the XML file.

Does anyone have any idea on how to do this or even better does anyone knows any ready script for the admin page?

I don't have any links since Im not home, but quick search on google will give you about 50 pages with php scripts to upload stuff on your webpage. You could pretty easily use one of those and modify it to write out the nessesary data to the end of a xml file after uploading. Xml picture viewers are abundant, so Im not gonna give you the magic script to solve all your problems but If you got any specific questions I will do my best to answer them
