Question flash game

HELP PLEASE DEADLINE

i ppl

I´m doing a car game ( kind of like spy hunter ) and I would like to know what's the best way to make the road scrolling down.....with all the obstacules of the track....turns....oil.....bumps....bridges......th at kind of stuff.tkx

I like to put my road and all obstacles in one central movieclip. Then you can just use a looping setProperty on that clip to make the road 'move'.

hi

it seems to me, that with all the stuff in one movie clip the final movie will be slow.

anyone know any good site where i can study or learn how to do a car game

ehm ... actually Jesse meant that u put everything in 1 mc so that u can just move that one from top to bottom. It won't slow down your final movie more than having seperate mc's with roads, obstacles etc on the main timeline and move that down (won't slow down either I believe)
Anyway, check the tutorial section, or else flashkit. I believe its also here, but on flashkit there's a shooter with scrolling background. But I believe they also put everything in 1 mc and loop that one moving top to bottom.
