line spacing and embedding fonts

I am working with fonts for the first time in Flash 8 and am having difficulty finding where to adjust line spacing and embed fonts. It is not where it should be. Can someone clue me in and let me know I'm not losing my mind?

Line spacing is in the Properties panel when fonts are active. Click on the "paragraph" icon (looks like a backwards P). They simply updated the icon to match word processing programs.
