Default New Flex (and ActionScript 3) boards

Hey everyone,

At hangalot's request I've added a new forum for Flex 2 and AS3. I added a legacy board for Flex 1 too. Note that I know very little about Flex so I've based the board descriptions on what I've read so far. Feel free to correct me.

I've also put the ActionScript 3.0 forum in the Flex category because it's the only product which has the capacity for the language so far.

I foresee a need to restructure when other products begin to support AS3. I'm thinking the best breakdown thereafter would be an AS category, with a few AS boards... or something. Guess we can cross that bridge when we come to it.

Yeah it's getting really long but I don't see any point in restructuring just yet. Wait until the next major release... or Flash 8 gets AS3 or something. Then we'll freak out and change things up.
