Default How to? XML Database...

Hi, I have been asked by a friend i I could create a flash staff directory to list the staff members detais, show thier picture etc... they need to also be able to list the staff members by deparment etc...

The problem I have is she wants it to be portable and run locally, ie. no server tech, just run from a folder.

I am assuming this is doable by keeping all the staff info in an xml file that flash can read and then select the data it needs?

If anyone is able to point me in the direction of a good tutorial on how this may be done?

Thanks

B
