Animated Flash Button On Mouse Over and Out

Dear Freidns

I need the script for a button with the following details

1. A single static button in first look with Red Color
2. On mouse over, it changes its color i.e Red to Blue
3. On mouse out, it changes it color again Blue to Red gradually.

I need the script with a Motion or Shape tween involved to maintain the smoothnes in the button.

Plz mention the script as wel as to how to put it on which place?
