Scrolling Text

I have areas in my flash movie where I have too much text to display in the given area. The only solution I can think of was to put scrolling controls. I would like to keep it simple... maybe an up and down arrow with a slider connecting the two. Does anyone know of a good tutorial on how to accomplish this well? Under a huge crunch, any help would be awsome!

but it seems to me that the actions on the buttons should be reversed.

Hi there,

I thought so too, I just changed the actions on the buttons (switched them around). Very easy to do. The only negative is that the scroll doesn't stop at the start and the end of the text. Jesse's looking into it though.

Za? What's this about the tutorial? Is the button code in the wrong order?

And yes, I'm still looking into that stopping at end thingo but I'm really busy this month.
