I've posted my site before and no one left any feedback. Let me know what you think.

It's good to see your experimentation with a lot of Flash's capabilities. That said, the imperative question when making a design/development decision is why? Pragmatism has to be the heavy-hitter in that answer. Whether it be pragmatic in sustaining a certain aesthetic or meaningfully functional...

It's colorful and your sketches are lovely. Carry that over into your site's design. There're far too many seemingly random font/color/layout choices as is.

Definitely keep going, you have a lot of promise, I think. All things in time.

i think you need to sharpen your design skills a bit because you don't have to use every color in a rainbow to design an effective website; i'm one of those people who can't stay on a site that is not visually appealing and leave right away, no matter what the content has to offer. this site, being a portfolio site, you want people to stay as long as posible so they can check out everything you've done... my suggestion is to search for other portfolio site or go through a portal like http://www.moluv.com and see whats out there, whats new, whats hip, whats appealing.

good luck

I dont think the problem was minimal design, but a very low graphic quality with a design that was over all lacking. It looks like it was just slapped toghether. Dont be discouraged, you made a site, made mistakes, now you'll learn from these mistakes and your next site while only be better.
