New York City. Friday, July 9 -- In the historic New Yorker Hotel last
night, the international Flash(tm) Film Festival awarded the coveted
Flashforward-orange rubber arrows to winners in 16 categories. The
awards ceremony was one of the highlights of Flashforward2004 New York
City (July 7-9), the world's premier Flash conference, produced by
lynda.com and United Digital Artist, and sponsored by Macromedia.

The majority of the 60 festival finalists came from countries outside
of the United States including: Argentina, Belgium, Canada, France,
Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Singapore, Slovak Republic,
Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.
