Ojai, California September 8, 2005 - Nominations are open for the 15th Flashforward Film Festival, with awards to be presented on March 1 during Flashforward2006 Seattle.

This is the largest, longest-running international Flash film festival in the world. Anyone can nominate the best Flash work seen on the Web: designers, developers, and fans. The 15th Flashforward Film Festival is an online competition and live awards ceremony showcasing and celebrating the best Flash work on the Web. Winners in all 15 categories, plus the People's Choice Award winner, will be announced at the awards ceremony during the Flashforward2006 Seattle Conference.

The categories are: Application, Art, Cartoon, Commerce, Educational, Experimental, Game, Motion Graphics, Navigation, Original Sound, Story, Technical Merit, 3D, Typography, and Video.

All attendees of Flashforward2006 Seattle are invited to the live awards ceremony. The conference will take place February 27-March 2, and the Film Festival awards ceremony will be on March 1.
