It took a while until we found this: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14280

You just need a folder and label it FSCommand. Save your applications or any file you want to open within this folder. The Projector that you'll use to open one of these files inside this folder need to stay one directory higher of course, i.e. outside of the folder FSCommand.

The mp3s are 320kbps sampled DRM free that you can then use in any player you like, video files are high quality mp4 files.
