This is more like a review of documentation, that anyone could pick up just by reading printed documentation. How about including a practice example for practical purposes?<br/><br/>

OOP with consistent event handling basically doesn't need such functionality at all. you don't need to "watch" a value with proper get/set methods for every public variable (and the performance is much better).
